Order never delivered

I recently ordered a card from you that was supposed to be delivered on March 28th and still says it's out for delivery today on the Shop app. However when I track it with UPS it shows a massive delay. At this point Its missed my girlfriend's birthday by 10 days already which is EXTREMELY frustrating because I paid extra for quicker shipping. The order number is 7982397.
