I was delighted with my purchase. However, I was even more impressed with the customer service. I had ordered the card in April and didn’t think more of it until a week before Mother’s Day when I realized it hadn’t arrived.

I contacted customer service and right away they offered to send a replacement, which they did and it arrived before Mother’s Day.

I love the cards and buy them regularly. Now I also love the customer service. I miss the human aspect of online ordering, however, I think the prompt customer service makes up for it. I’m really impressed.
