Good customer service

I recently purchased a Mother’s Day card but realized after the purchase that it wouldn’t make it on time if I sent it to my house then have to mail it again. I tried to do the corrected address on line but was unsuccessful so I called the customer service phone number the next day and they took care of sending out expedited and didn’t charge me for another card. She got the card and loved it! Thank you and great job.

It is beautiful! It was for my Mother who is 95 years young. She is in a home, so I was thinking it would be a little bigger. It seemed to lift Mother. That is what is Important.
