The sky-blue cover of this pop-up card features the message 'I Dig You' in jaunty red. Mini red hearts decorate the space around the message. Inside, a three-dimensional yellow digger truck emerges, caught mid-excavation, its scoop attachment bursting with pink and red hearts. Harvard Square Store Complaint

I have been buying your cards since the two HBS founders had a table at a farmer’s market in the Harvard Science plaza many years ago. I absolutely adore them! However, the last two times I visited the Harvard Square store, there was a sign on the door saying “Back in 30 minutes. ” There was no note of the time the clerk left. The first time was 5:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon, the other time was 12:30 pm on a weekday (my lunchtime). Both times I had gone into the Square specifically to buy LovePop cards. Very frustrating. I thought you should be aware of this.
